Meet Emma

I studied law at New York University and have spent years working through the kinds of real estate situations that tend to make people nervous—tax liens, probate issues, clouded titles, zoning problems. I've always been drawn to these puzzles, not just for the legal complexity, but because there's usually someone on the other side who needs a real solution.

Sometimes it's someone who inherited land they never wanted. Sometimes it's back taxes that have become overwhelming. Sometimes the property is landlocked or has title issues that scare off traditional buyers. And sometimes, it's simply a landowner who wants a straightforward, hassle-free sale without the months of uncertainty that come with listings and showings. Whatever the situation, I've found that the best solutions come from really listening and understanding what matters most to each person.

My husband and I try to bring that same care and integrity to everything we do, keeping our faith and values at the center of how we work and how we treat people. This isn't a corporate operation—you'd be working directly with me throughout.
